Thank you, Ryan for putting together such an amazing course for this community. I feel like it did a very good job of teaching us to be aware of strategies that we were not yet aware of. I also appreciated that for those of us who are still in the beginning of our raising journey, how there are simple and easy steps to support us in raising nine figures. Since joining the course I have really focused on two main strategies. The first main strategy has been to really dig deep into the Quadruple F Strategy which has helped me raise $12 million in capital and acquire close to $40 million in assets in the last 12 months. The second strategy, which is more of a long game strategy, was the Critical Mass strategy Going forward I am really excited about starting to build more relationships with service providers in our local markets, markets that we are purchasing in and continuing to build relationships with new family offices.

Had a 1:1 with Ryan the Chessmaster and wanted to share a quick review. We’ve been seeing solid momentum with multiple institutional investors, so I needed some clutch guidance from Ryan on real-world communication strategy. We dug into our narrative and how I’m framing conversations with these funds, and Ryan dropped some key context around rhythm and timing and helped me understand better how to keep all these plates spinning. Turns out there’s a nuanced art to running parallel investor conversations… what to share, when to share it (crucial), and how to make sure our momentum compounds across partners without forcing anything or breaking stride. I’m so grateful to be getting this level of guidance while we’re actually in motion. It’s so cool. And grateful for this community — the reps, the access, and the consistent expectation to level up. Thanks Ryan! $1M Commitment from from COLD Phone List. I’ve been following your $100M blueprint and it’s guided me well to keep my ADHD in check….. (squirrel). Used your material and guidance to get to this point. We texted a cold phone list of doctors using AI and got a hot doctor interested in our senior living roll up fund and he showed up at my first weekly webinar last Thursday. The call had 4 attendees and the group of people hearing the presentation got a $1M commitment for a doctor who loved our mission. Tomorrow I’ve got a Family Office flying to Chicago to sit down face to face and touring our cozy homes of 10-20 bed assisted living and memory care. Thank you bro! Much appreciation. $370k raised in just a few weeks. A few weeks ago we talked on the weekly call about the need to raise some capital for our business, and because it is a small amount, Ryan encouraged us to use the quadruple F strategy, (family, friends, fools and followers) Now a few weeks later. as of today we have received several new investors this week for a total of $370,000, which is over 10% of the raise we need to accomplish in just a few weeks. I will let you know when we get the rest of this $2.5 million raise accomplished.

This week was a major milestone, we successfully closed out a couple investors, and not only did they commit, but one doubled their initial investment amount. This was due to us having confidence and trusting the process. We are having great momentum these past two months. I genuinely believe this program is more than just a concept, it’s practical, impactful, and positioned for real results.
